This position is primarily responsible for supporting equipment and software in a Microsoft Windows environment, from design through implementation and support. Also performs a wide variety of installation, configuration and upgrading of workstations, servers and related network hardware and software in a LAN, WAN, and stand-alone environment.

Essential Functions include:

• Complete configuration, installation, and support of equipment/software in a MS Windows environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer and VOIP related issues.
• Maintaining software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance.
• Maintaining Hybrid Cloud infrastructure (O365, Extreme Networks, Hosted systems)
• Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors, etc. to provide technical assistance and support.
• Daily monitoring of Network Infrastructure and corporate Data Backups.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date desktop applications
• Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite, and friendly manner, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well with others, as well as independently.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Active Directory, DNS, IP networking and MS SQL are desirable, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
