VA/WV state license for Occupational Therapy (or willing to obtain). Communicate patient progress with supervisor and parents weekly.

Drivers will conduct themselves with professionalism as Class A CDL Drivers using safe driving techniques, defensive driving, and abiding by all of the DOT
