Candidates must be enrolled in a 4-year construction management program at a college or university. Each rotation has learning objectives and students must

-have a valid driver's license. Marine experience, or a knowledge of local waterways & being mechanical are definitely helpful.

Resolving customer complaints/concerns regarding sales and/or service. Consults with management to ensure company goals and standards are being met.

Ability to meet and exceed sales goals, including the ability to formulate and successfully implement business plans, sales plans and sales calls.
