This position provides bookkeeping support for Operations & Accounting - including a broad range of activities for this fast-moving entrepreneurial organization. We will consider both part and full time inquiries.

• Support the accounting department in weekly payroll & bank reconciliations
• Provide administrative support and record keeping on behalf of Operations/Accounting
• Coordinate & organize key information such as licensing, insurance, etc
• Respond to employee questions regarding time cards, payroll, deductions, etc. via e-mail and/or phone
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

This position Requires the following Competencies:

• Experience & strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple projects, action items & business issues seamlessly with excellence and professionalism
• Meticulous attention to detail, high degree of accuracy
• Dependable
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Google For Work

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in QuickBooks
• 2+ years experience in payroll and/or HR
• Professional office environment experience
• Engineering, Architecture or Construction a plus
