We are seeking a full-time Accounting person for general bookkeeping, AP, AR and some Payroll will be necessary. Accounting Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, inventory accounting, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyses.
• Oversee billing and payments of all accounts; ensuring all accounts accurate
• Monitor cash and funding balances
• Keep an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments and debts.
• Prepare and organize financial statements for record and review.
• Prepare quarterly/annual financial reports including budgeting and forecasts
• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, and reporting.
• Additional Accounting duties as needed

Accounting Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in the field.
• Excellent computer skills; experience in Quckbooks, accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; Access, database or other system knowledge.
