ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / RECEPTIONIST – Twin Falls

We are an agricultural service and supply company and we are looking to fill a Full-Time Accounts Payable / Receptionist position in our corporate office. If you have a high degree of integrity, well-developed analytic and problem-solving skills, and appreciate the security and support of working for a multi-million-dollar family organization, you’ll love working here.

To become an integral member of our team, you should have:

• A minimum of 1-3 years in the Accounts Payable arena
• Preferably an associate’s degree along with the experience
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• A minimum of 1-3 years of Knowledge and Experience using QuickBooks accounting software

The position duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving and posting of payables
• Monthly reconcile of reports for Accounting Manager
• Generate checks for payments weekly
• Audit expense reports and credit card statements, code expenses correctly
• Prepare Vendor 1099s and Maintain recordkeeping for all Vendors
• Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-in traffic with professionalism and politeness.
• Maintain paper filing systems and stocking of office supplies and misc.
• Other clerical duties.
