Automation & Control Engineer:

- EET, ECET graduate or equivalent with at least a 3.0 GPA

- 3-5 years working experience in an industrial environment required

- Excellent written and verbal communication ability with technical/non-technical subject matter ranging from management level to skilled trades personnel audiences

- Must work closely with corporate leaders as well as peers

- We are now accepting OPT and H1B candidates with the proper experience. All candidates MUST currently reside in the USA.

Experience working with industrial control systems:

- PLC and HMI software development required

- Motion software development required

- Control system design utilizing AutoCAD preferred

- Control system electrical and software troubleshooting ability required

- Robot programming experience preferred but will train

- Direct experience candidates only will be considered

The first two months (60 days) are probationary and will determine whether employment extension will be warranted. We offer a company 401K, 13 PTO days prorated throughout the year, health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.

If an employment opportunity is offered to a candidate, our office will be located in Noblesville, Indiana. All employees will be provided a laptop computer and computer cables. All employees are required to provide any tools required in order to complete their projects.
