Job Summary

Working as part of the Food and Beverage team, you will assist in ensuring that the product, service and facility cleanliness are of the highest quality while delivering the best possible guest and employee experience. Remember that we are a team and that we will be called upon to perform many different jobs. The success of our team depends on a willingness to chip in and be cooperative in our efforts.

Essential Job Functions

• To continually strive to exceed our guest’s expectations.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Perform daily cash-outs and deposits correctly without errors.
• To understand and practice the serving of alcoholic beverages in accordance with OLCC laws.
• Possess a proficient knowledge of liquor quality and preparation of alcoholic beverages.
• Keep supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or situations needing immediate attention.
• To arrive to your shift in uniform, well groomed and with positive attitude.
• Responsible for other duties assigned by unit manager and / or supervisor.
• To have fun and enjoy what you’re doing!
• Set-up bar; stock beer, wine, glassware etc. as needed.
• Must be experienced and familiar with verifying proof of age and identifying valid IDs.
• Promote and up sell products
• Adhere to established cash-management procedures.
• Attend all shift and training meetings.
• Accurately perform daily cash-outs and deposits.
• Use tools (jigger) as instructed.
• Complete opening/closing sheets when applicable.

Secondary Job Functions

• Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a TEAM atmosphere.
• Help out in other departments as needed.
• Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets.
• Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate dept manager.
• Assist Guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.75 - $18.67 per hour
