Tailwind, a nationwide food services company that leads the industry in innovative airport food, beverage and retail services has now landed at Rochester International Airport. We are now searching for friendly, outgoing and hard working people to join our team.

We operate a full service coffee and smoothie shop retail liquor bars*, a full service Grab-n-Go line as well as a full sit down dining experience (pending completion of new construction).

Tailwind is seeking a skilled early morning Food Service Worker that can also Cashier.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Customer service and cashiering duties and assisting guests.
• Retail merchandising and presentation.
• Cleaning and organizing work areas, equipment, utensils and service station.

• Serving customers in fast, efficient and friendly manner.
• Escalating customer concerns and complaints to management.
• Assisting customers to pay for products.
• Complying with relevant safety, hygiene and service standards and procedures.
• Work as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas of the operation.

• Maintains a clean and organized work space

• Provides quality beverages, whole bean coffee beverages, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Must be 18 years of age or older, must have reliable transportation and must be able to pass a back-ground check to receive an airport badge.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 14.00-17.00 /hour
