the Director of CCBHC is responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative operations and service delivery in the clinic. This position supervises, coordinates, and continuously improves daily operations of the mental health and substance use service lines. The Director of CCBHC oversees the Clinical Supervisor and all administrative employees. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance throughout the program, and conducting continuous monitoring to ensure the program adheres to local, state, and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities
· Ensures local adherence to the corporate human resource policies.
· Assists in development of project budget and its modifications.
· Monitors and ensures revenues and expenses.
· Responsible for all facility fiscal matters.
· Overs the implementation of the local and corporate Quality Plan, in conjunction with the Quality and Compliance Department.
· Oversees and ensures local programming adheres to local, state, and accreditation standards.
· Conducts random inspections of facilities and documentation.
· Monitors and ensures local programs meet contract standards and affiliation agreements.
· Completes all monthly, quarterly, and/or annual contract compliance reports.
· Ensures required QCMR data is submitted to the state.
· Completes and ensures accuracy of the Annex A for the program.
· Monitors and approves all billing on a weekly basis; works collaboratively with ATC.
· Prepares and assists in the preparation of new and renewal applications for grants, contracts, and budget development.
· Conduct regular management meetings and treatment team meetings.
· Conduct regularly staff meetings; review and approve performance appraisals.
· Recommend and complete corrective action, as appropriate.
· Monitors staff adherence to policy and procedures.
· Oversees completion of reviews of case files to ensure compliance.
· Provide supervision of staff, implement a culture of learning and professional development, and maintain staffing levels within budget to achieve program goals.
· Attend PAC, PACADA, HSAC, CEPP, MHB or other community-based meetings on a regular basis.
· Oversees the completion of affiliation agreements and DCO contracts.
· Monitors results of satisfaction surveys.
· Works with senior management staff towards corporate goals.
Qualifications & Skills
· Knowledge of current principles and practices of behavioral healthcare, substance use and mentally ill.
· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to make independent decisions and sound judgements
Required Licenses or Experience
· Masters degree in behavioral health discipline from an accredited school.
· State licensure or license eligible at the highest level in a behavioral health profession is preferred but not required.
