Clinical Internship Program Supervisor Job Duties:

• Provide direct clinical supervision to interns pursuing their Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services field on a weekly basis
• Work collaboratively with colleges and universities to build relationships
• Review and provide feedback surrounding clinical documentation
• Assist students in increasing their knowledge base through giving and coordinating training, and monitoring progress
• Oversee day to day operations of the internship program
• Participate in intern recruitment efforts and conduct student interviews
• Assist in matching students to opportunities and work with internal team members
• Hold internship team meetings and maintain internship roster

Internship Program Supervisor Educational Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services Field
• LISW-S or LPCC-S license

Internship Program Supervisor Required Experience:

• Experience in the field of mental health and addiction services is required
• Experience providing clinical and/or administrative supervision is preferred, but not required
