Valid Occupational Therapist state license (where applicable). Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.

Practitioners can order applicable ancillaries at the time of the evaluation (X-Rays, labs, EKGs, Echos, ABIs, PFTs, etc). Must be fully vaccinated and boosted.

Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, collecting copays. Previous Medical Experience is required.
