Tortilla King LLC is looking for full time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Moundridge, KS. The Customer Service Specialist will manage the daily operations to ensure a consistent flow of information for day to day operations, interact daily with sales representatives, outside vendors and customers.

Job Duties Include:

• Answering and transferring of phone calls and voice messages.
• Processing and distribution of daily/weekly sales reports.
• Daily processing of outgoing paperwork.
• Organization of of sales paperwork.
• Interaction and communicating with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers.
• Maintaining and updating company databases.
• Providing customer service via phone, email or in person.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year experience in a customer service role
• Bilingual highly preferred.
