Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and 5+ years of diverse progressive experience in human resources; PHR or SPHR preferred.

Assists with state and governmental audits and data gathering as needed, such as for state grain audits, state DOT reviews, FRA and TTB visits or audits.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
