Dental Business Team Member

We are currently looking for a Dental Business Team Member for our affiliated practice, ASP Dental PC/Noesen Dental Office in Red Wing MN. This is a full-time position. The Dental Business Team Member we hire is desired to have 3-4 years experience working in a dental office, and with insurance. Looking for right energetic person who wants to grow with the company. Responsibilities:

This individual will multi-task, answering phones, presenting financial treatment plans, scheduling patients and working face-to-face with our patients and our team. There will also be financial tasks A such as financial report review, bank deposits, revenue posting and accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

Desired Skills:

· Must have experience working in a dental, medical office required

· Must have experience in insurance

· Exceptional knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes

· Strong leadership and motivation skills to meticulously guide and supervise others

· Experience working with data entry software such as Eaglesoft and maintaining reports

· Experience scheduling patient appointments

· Experience dealing with patients and providing clear instructions prior to procedures

· Excellent computer skills for email correspondence, financial transactions, and scheduling appointments

· Maintain and order office and medical supplies as requested by the attending staff

· Experience maintaining a professional level of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA procedures

· Multitasking skills with experience working in a busy environment and managing staff calendars properly'
