Multi doctor dental office seeking a Patient Care Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have at least one year of dental front desk experience.
• Excellent Phone, Customer Service and Computer Skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and responding to patient correspondence;
• Scheduling appointments based upon goals;
• Gathering medical history and dental insurance information;
• Data entry into Windows based computers;
• Using Microsoft Office components
• Back-filling appointments when cancellations occur;
• Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements;
• Collection of estimated patient portion at or before date of service
• Keeping dental recare schedules optimized
• Auditing patient accounts to ascertain patient and insurance balances
• Bundling of dental insurance claims and more.
