As Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day communication with a portfolio of clients. While working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure healthy project workflow, maintain client satisfaction, and build client relationships.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Advise on client digital marketing strategy as supported by the operations team.
• Manage and document regular client meetings and calls.
• Prepare account services-related documents including but not limited to: meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other communications as needed.
• Manage and document regular client meetings and calls.
• Work in concert with the marketing and revenue teams to manage project workflow, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Work in concert with the marketing team to manage digital advertising budgets.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• College degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous project management experience is preferred.
• 3+ years previous hotel marketing experience is preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Solution-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks
• Ability to proactively manage timeliness and handle multi-task various projects
• Must represent the company in a positive/professional manner.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
