We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage LSI’s digital marketing properties and aid in the creation and tracking of digital marketing, content, & public relations programs in cooperation with Brand Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees the website content and functionality of LubricationSpecialties.com and supporting websites (Hot Shot’s Secret®, Frantz Oil Filters®, etc.).
• Provides direction, leadership, and coordination for web developer & social media coordinator on behalf of LSI.
• Leads digital marketing team in all supporting elements including digital agency strategy and implementation.
• Leads and develops on-going digital marketing strategy and annual planning.
• Oversees and executes strategic development of brand Search Engine Marketing.
• Optimizes digital ads and provides direction on future digital advertising opportunities.
• Oversees and supports Social Ad Campaign implementation and measurement via social media platforms.
• Oversees and supports LSI’s consumer database administration, management, and measurement.
• Provide direction on all consumer communications across digital and traditional channels focusing on providing the best consumer experience and ROI for LSI.
• Manage the hiring and training of additional internal team members and agencies.
• Establishes performance standards and goals for the digital marketing team.
• Responsible for annual digital marketing plans, website maintenance/improvement and GAP analysis.
• Administrate and control financial budgets and department expenditures based on annual business plan.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively and efficiently through written, verbal, or electronic mediums.
• Using data to identify issues and create clear actions to improve website performance and KPIs.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand business problems, develop hypothesis, test, and learn.
• Ability to manage time and priorities while driving multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and business partners across the organization and at various levels (technical to creative – individual contributors to managers).
• Knowledge and proficiency using the MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience of digital marketing programs, tactics, and creating conversion.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing internet marketing campaigns and web-site development/maintenance.
• Working knowledge of general car care is desirable.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Valid Drivers’ License, proof of insurance and reliable transportation are required for travel for off-site meetings and events.
• Ability to lift at least 75lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
