Summary

As a Digital Marketer on the team, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Company.

In this role, you’ll help our company meet its business goals by elevating its digital marketing to the next level. Using tools to identify appropriate digital channels and platforms, planning and executing digital campaigns, optimizing conversion rates, analyzing and reporting on digital metrics, working closely with sales to ensure they meet revenue goals, and more.

You will showcase the power of the company and enhance the marketing experience for our clients. The Digital Marketer contributes directly to the company’s business success by providing the sales team the support they need to close deals.

In collaboration with the CMO, you will work with sales to provide high-quality marketing campaigns and look for opportunities to elevate their qualified lead potential. You will be integral to the company's success!

Responsibilities:

• Write, create and oversee digital marketing campaigns through social media marketing tools, email marketing, and website content to maintain the company’s digital brand.
• Develop social media, blog, and web content optimized for SEO.
• Write regular company blogs and website copy and use proven email marketing strategies to increase lead generation and brand recognition.
• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct market research of social media trends and inform management of changes that apply to the company’s marketing activities
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns, such as SEO, social media, email marketing, and co-marketing partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO, social media, and email marketing to keep up w/ new software and marketing techniques.
• Manage multiple brands and multiple social media accounts, including Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Track SEO such as keywords, backlinks, analytics, and more.
• Conduct research on Google ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads and see where performance can be optimized.
• Know Google Analytics
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools. (SEMrush)
• The ability to work in the office is required. (Mount Dora location)
• Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads dashboards is required.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio is preferred.
• Deep understanding of MailChimp’s features and the ability to manage multiple campaigns within their platform.
• Excellent communicator and agile thinker who can use data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Research and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance many competing priorities
• Proficiency with office platforms such as Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Dropbox is required.
• Professional and dependable with a positive outlook required
• Bi-lingual is a plus. (Spanish speaking)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
