Summary of Responsibilities

Our Digital Marketing Strategist will serve as an Account Manager and be responsible for administering client accounts to deliver a full range of marketing services including SEM, SEO, social advertising, display, mobile, analytics, CRO, creative, and business strategy. Your work will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and ongoing client success, and contribute to a compassionate, positive, creative, and inclusive work environment.

Essential Functions

• Create strategic initiatives and plan optimization efforts to hit client goals and targets for both volume and ROI
• Quantify and prioritize initiatives and opportunities
• Monitor client campaigns to ensure accounts are on track for budgets and targets
• Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creatives, landing page messaging, landing page layout, audience segmentation, placements, networks, and 3rd-party tools
• Eventually build and manage sales team to continually develop qualified leads

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ agency experience in Digital Marketing and Account Management
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology
• Proven prior work experience presenting findings and making recommendations for account optimizations to internal or external clients
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Aptitude for technology: Excel, Zoom, Ads/adCenter, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Asana, Harvest, Zoho, SEMrush, WordPress

Compensation

• $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid/Flexible schedule
