Job Purpose

We’re looking for a marketer who is obsessed with brand voice and storytelling across both visual and written content. This person understands the Red Aspen mission, vision and values within the beauty industry and uses it to create engaging content, copy and campaigns (from product copy, to emails, to website pages, to texting and beyond!)

Responsibilities

• Write copy and design collateral around product launches (emails, physical packaging, website, texting, blogs).
• Write copy and design collateral around sales team training and onboarding content (emails, website, texting, blogs).
• Maintain brand voice across visual and written online collateral, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns.
• Maintains accuracy of email and texting campaigns, ensuring proper QA of copy, imagery, links and list serves
• Lead and contribute to email and texting metrics and reporting.
• Write compelling copy and content based on keyword research; execute on organic SEO strategy for blog and website to drive traffic to Red Aspen website.
• Propose and build new site experiences including page layouts and product categories, plus optimize digital customer shopping experience using Google Search Console, SEM Rush, landing page testing, product reviews, and other data reports

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar field
• Proficient in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar
• Experience with SEMRush, Google Analytics or similar
• Exceptional copywriting and design skills is a must
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Extremely high attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
