Director of Marketing

Americanna Wellness Inc, a fast-growing consumer products/wellness company, specializing in nutraceuticals, is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, and energetic individual to join its team as the Director of Marketing. We are searching for an individual with 5+ years of experience marketing consumer products.

In this position, you will write, produce, coordinate, and maintain the materials, packaging, and all supporting marketing materials required to successfully market the complete family of products. You will need familiarity with both online and printed material creation, distribution, and tracking.

Other responsibilities include:

• Corporate presentations, web design and e-commerce platforms. Digital Brand Management/Social Media
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tikok, and Pinterest).
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
• Source, curate, create and publish engaging content through unique posts.
• Day-to-day planning and execution of social media calendar and social content strategy
• Up-to-date with social trends, behaviors, and content usage
• Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Create and manage merchandise inventory
• Manage internal marketing portal
• Assist agents in creating marketing material
• Coordinate with other departments on content creation
• Creative mind, with prior success in driving the creative process
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and integrate it into daily work

Work Environment: The location is fixed in Bellingham, Washington in close proximity to the company’s leadership team. Remote work is not possible.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and communicate with others. This may be over the phone, in person, or through email and messaging. The employee must be able to hear customers and agents over the phone. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and use their hands and fingers to work with the computer, phones, filing cabinets, paperwork, etc.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours as needed.

Travel: Some travel may be required for this position.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in consumer-based product marketing is essential.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
