About us
Denver Canine Club is a very large and busy, dog boarding, and day care facility. We care for dogs 365 days a year, including Saturdays, Sundays, and every holiday. We are open daily from 6am to 7pm. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is hard-working, motivated, self-starting, reliable, and excited about being part of a growing team. Employees will be responsible for supervising dogs during play and social interaction, cleaning, and basic canine care. Employees are responsible for running playgroups with the help of other staff members and monitoring play to ensure the safety of all canine guests and staff. Our team is actively working during their shifts, constantly monitoring dogs, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment. Employees will spend the majority of their shift in our outdoor play yards, with a team of other people, interacting with our daycare and boarding dogs, and cleaning up after them. This includes being on your feet and moving around (since the dogs are always moving!) in various weather conditions. We do offer indoor play when the weather permits. Other assigned duties may include cleaning inside and outside, nail trims, preparing food for dogs, medicating dogs, bathing dogs, maintenance tasks or administrative duties as needed. .A successful candidate for this position will be someone who is a team player, self-motivated, takes direction well, has excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail, and can multi - task well
Candidates must be able to work during hours of operation. **MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE*
