Lineage Corporation, the design and marketing agency for the Green Line Apothecary family of companies, is expanding its team. The agency is hiring an eCommerce Specialist to curate the user experience and manage the ecommerce presence of its brand clients. We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, data-driven, and self-motivated digital media professional to drive results across multiple brands' ecommerce operations.

eCommerce Specialist responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of a consistent and elevated brand experience across all touchpoints in the consumer journey from first interaction through post purchase in partnership with client principals and Lineage colleagues
• Curate the digital consumer journey across multiple brands and platforms
• Maintain consumer data and site analytics, and conduct consumer journey evaluation, including: Site performance reporting and analytics, A/B testing, consumer satisfaction data, usability testing, UX best practices and 3rd party partners implementation/maintenance
• Generate, format and distribute reporting and analysis of e-commerce business to include site analytics, campaign performance and purchaser profile metrics
• Interpret results to identify opportunities to improve the consumer experience
• Collaborate with Lineage's Social Media Specialist to maximize effectiveness of social media content and publishing
• Manage SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising to drive cost-effective sales results
• Manage results-driven email marketing campaigns together with Social Media Specialist
• Design, build and maintain websites using online platforms including Shopify and Wix for sites including greenlineapothecary.com, townmade.com, lineagecorporation.com and others
• Manage and maintain greenlineapothecary.com shopify-based e-commerce experience, including product listings, content and more
• Seamlessly pivot back and forth from providing thoughtful insight on strategic marketing efforts to day-to-day marketing management with precise attention to detail
• Provide e-commerce customer support by responding to customer service inquiries and problem solving

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of ecommerce and/or digital marketing agency experience or equivalent
• Proven track record of e-commerce management and optimization
• Search engine optimization/monetization experience
• Email marketing experience
• Basic web development skills
• Rigorous analytical experience and expert familiarity with digital environment, third party partners, sales driven trends
• Expertise in multiple digital platforms including Shopify, Google, Wix, Monday, Zapier, Meta
• Ability to capture, dissect and interpret data to leverage towards company goals
• Intellectual curiosity to seek out self-education opportunities across multiple industries
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form, including copywriting expertise

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time, M-F schedule
• Position located at Lineage offices in Wakefield Rhode Island
