Job Summary

Central Paving Co., Inc., a growing Heavy Highway General Contractor, is looking for an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, and subsequent project management for a variety of Heavy Highway projects; typically public work ranging from $1M to $30M+.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years Heavy Highway Estimating and Project Management experience. Previous experience and proficiency in Public/DOT procedures is required. Candidates shall also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be proficient in analyzing bid document plans and specifications, HCSS Heavy Bid estimating system, Microsoft Excel and Word, and Primavera scheduling software.
