Hui Home Buyers is a small Maui based real estate business looking for an eager, self-motivated team member on island to assist in the development of dynamic sales strategies and efficient day-to-day operations that will keep our company at the forefront of the industry. We focus on 2 areas of real estate: investing and education.

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual to build from a strong core business, help to make us more efficient and grow along with the company as well as achieve your own financial goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates Degree (preferred)
  • Exceptional communicator (oral & written)
  • Excellent time management skills and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional organization skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven, results-driven leader with an ability to execute promptly
  • Willingness to adapt with the company’s needs
  • Experience with content-driven marketing (social, SEO, etc.)
  • Ability (and preference) to get things done without supervision
  • Positive energetic attitude, showing pride in your work
  • Courteous personality, overall good people skills for resident/investor relations
  • A proactive approach to tackle administrative challenges in supporting a busy executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. This includes but is not limited to: Phone Calls, Email, Slack, Asana, Go High Level and Social Media Messages.
  • Coordinate and manage social media/marketing subcontractors, leads and contact follow ups with partners on projects.
  • Keep track of and maintaining project progress and updates.
  • Schedule Podcasts/Interviews/Events for me to promote the company and film quick content of me throughout the day and/or at events.
  • Assist in time management & planning to help prioritize my schedule, both personally and professionally.
  • Assist in the creation and management of operational task management systems.
  • Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies & the potential solutions.
  • Any other tasks that this owner needs assistance with.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
