As our Family Nurse Practitioner, you will help our practice to care for the mind, body, and spirit of our patients and bring hope and healing to our community of Taylor County Kentucky. Every day, you will practice traditional medicine while learning new approaches to mental and physical health. You’ll be working with people across every socio-economic status and health challenge to understand what’s really going on and treat the whole patient. You will work collaboratively with a team of medical practitioners to establish the best next step for that patient. You’ll also be learning in real time - about new and traditional medical practices like epigenetics and whole person care. You will grow far beyond the education you had in school. To thrive in this role you should be licensed as a Family APRN, have worked in a clinic environment where you supported more than 80 patients a week, and have experience supporting people from a rural community.
