We are looking for a self-motivated person with excellent organizational skills to provide per diem coverage for our front desk to:

• Greet visitors, patients, and vendors.
• Assist guests with signing in and COVID screening using an automated kiosk.
• Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Manage incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, photocopying, and other clerical duties as assigned.
• Shifts: Sundays 8am-1:30pm
• Additional shifts are often available on weekdays 4:00-8:00pm and Saturdays/Holidays 8:00am-1:30pm or 1:30-7:00pm.

Job Requirement notes:

• Must love working with older adults and our mission of fostering self-esteem, individuality, and independence.
• Must have a proven track-record of excellent customer service and tactful interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a high-traffic reception area with enthusiastic, positive attitude.
• Must be computer competent and experience with Microsoft Office a plus.

Education

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); with two years related experience in general office environment and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
