AA or BA Degree in a related field preferred. Knowledge of mental illnesses and chemical dependency, and effective strategies for dealing with its effects.

Assist and process incoming help desk requests from end users via both walk in and work orders in a courteous manner. Help desk: 2 years (Preferred).

Work in a team setting to efficiently and effectively answer group calls and emails. Handle customer admin from a variety of resources including calls, TMS
