Our graphic deigners help create and manipulate visual imagery to be used as decorative art prints and wallpapers. As an essential member of the creative team, this position works in close collaboration with the lead product designer, sales manager, art consultants and fellow designers.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

-Design and manipulate provided source material regarding arrangement, image size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
-Prepare approved image files to be archived into an organized image database.
-Prepare custom presentations to show clients a range of possibilities for color and framing.
-Contribute to the overall creative team effort by pitching in and doing whatever it takes to create art in the time frame required to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and qualifications:

-Exceptional graphic design skills, including demonstrated high proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
-Ability to match and/or detect differences between colors in the most discriminating manner.
-The ability to grasp and relate to the client's needs and help to develop practical solutions.
-High attention to detail.
-Good interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team environment.
-Acceptance of constructive feedback and ability to handle rejection of ideas or designs.
-Good listening skills and ability to follow through on assigned projects.
-Regardless of experience, the ideal candidate will enter this role with a learner mindset and a willingness to do whatever task is assigned.
-A can do spirit/attitude as this position does work for various people in our organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
