We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Communications Specialist to join our talented Human Resources Team!

As a HR Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating, developing and executing Human Resources communication content and plans across the organization, that engage, connect and inspire our future and current employees. This includes producing, editing, and organizing communication materials to advance business priorities; identifying, developing, and/or editing content; and overseeing the full life cycle of HR strategic communications.

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Typically requires two or more years of experience in communications, marketing, or graphic design.
• Knowledge of communications best practices, including techniques and standards relevant to writing, editing, formatting, composing, and producing written and web materials.
• Writing and copy-editing skills, able to capture and communicate both simple and complex material.
• Creative mind with ability to easily navigate Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills with ability to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, with a strong attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement.
• The ability to deeply understand, empathize with, and reach different audiences.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Travel Required: < 10%
