55% TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Manages the hiring and recruitment of skilled candidates for all levels of organizational support.
  • Creates and maintain relationships with optimal candidates to enhance our applicant pool for future openings.
  • Effectively screen and assess qualified candidates to fill a variety of clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Works directly with multiple hiring managers to effectively fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Posts jobs using multiple sourcing techniques to successfully identify qualified active and passive applicants.
  • Experienced selection of optimal candidates, targeted compensation, and process of healthcare providers.
  • Successfully utilize resources including, but not limited to, social media, external job boards, and personal networking.
  • Assess applicants qualifications and career goals to find the best fit for open positions.
  • Develops strong networks in the healthcare field
  • Have a sense of personal responsibility and accountability for active recruitment of all open positions.
  • Attends local conferences and university recruitment events.
  • Communicates professionally and timely with colleagues, business clients, and candidates.
  • 25% PEOPLE EXPERIENCE

  • Work on ad-hoc projects as needed including employee engagement, performance management, and internal mobility
  • Facilitate and manage the new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, including pre-hire by coordinating new hire paperwork through our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Work with managers to prepare for new hires first day including scheduling relevant onboarding sessions
  • Work with the Learning team to manage new hire onboarding tasks in the LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Schedule appropriate new hire onboarding sessions
  • Follow up with new hires to ensure a successful onboarding experience
  • Manage electronic filing for employee files, documents, and policies
  • Respond to employment verification requests
  • Provide documentation for all employment changes (e.g., salary changes, promotions, etc.)
  • 20% ADMINISTRATION

  • Conduct audits to meet CHAP and CMS compliance requirements
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to appropriate department

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree with 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking systems
  • Effective and articulate written and oral communication

  • Able to constantly travel within geographic area serviced by office from assignment to assignment.
  • Work is normally performed in a residence, aggregate living facility, school or occupational setting.
  • Heavy physical activity that may require lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling over 50 lbs., and physically stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, sitting, walking, reaching and climbing stairs.
