As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, food sanitation certification, and State of South Dakota Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M) Prior Dietary

Strong problem solving and clinical reasoning skills. Patient-centered focus, enthusiasm for the profession, empathic personality.

Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles. Coordinate RFIs from design team professionals and trades.

Must have excellent typing skills. Must be an expert with Microsoft applications: (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Must have a reliable vehicle.
