Messmer Catholic Schools is seeking a Systems Administrator. This position reports to the Director of Technology. The Systems Administrator will provide maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks of Messmer Catholic School District. Experience working with implementation of technology in an educational setting is preferred.

Essential Duties:

-Set ip device management systems to simplify devise provisioning (Intune, JAMF)

-Assist with Asset Tracking of end user devices (JAMF, PowerSchool, Lansweeper)

-Manage Virtualization and Cloud Compute resources (VMware, Azure)

-Configure routing and setting for Networking Resources (Firewall, Switches, APs, VNets)

-Cloud Directory Administrator (AzureAD, Google Workspace) -Simplify end user sign in experience by connecting IT services to identify provider (AzureAD)

-Plan and implement account provisioning strategies for IT systems -Update and monitor systems and devices to help ensure reliable operation

-Troubleshoot Network, Servers, IT Systems, devices and software -Provide Level 1 support for our SIS (PowerSchool)

-Support clients by responding to tickets, answering questions, and resolving computer problems

-Train staff on the use of technology in their classroom and other professional development offerings

-May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, ad operating systems.

-Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology

Bachelor's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
