Journey Cafe in Kailua-Kona is looking for positive, hardworking, and dependable team members.

Pay: $14 - $20 (based on prior experience)

Cook Job Duties:

o General preparation and cooking in a certified USDA kitchen.

o Must be able to prep and cook in large quantities quickly and efficiently.

o Follow recipes exact to specifications.

o Must be punctual and work with little or no supervision, will report directly to Supervisor.

o Follow detailed instructions on a timely basis.

Front of House Job Duties:

o Take orders

o Customer service

o Money management

o Serving and bussing tables

o Speaking with customers over phone

o Maintain a clean work environment

Ice Cream Shop Job Duties:

o Making ice cream, toppings, and waffle cones

o Follow recipes exactly

o Maintain a clean work environment

o Follow directions given by supervisor

o Complete given tasks in a timely manner

o Take orders

o Assemble ice cream according to orders

Dishwasher Job Duties:

o Wash dishes in a timely and thorough manner

o Organize dishes

o Miscellaneous tasks

Key Requirements:

o Have a positive attitude and determination to work

o Arrives to work on time consistently with no unplanned absences

o Is consistent and completes assignments on or before deadlines

o Able to work well with Management and others and is an excellent team player
