We are seeking a new Graphic and Website Designer to design and redesign client websites along with managing all graphic design projects that come through from clients from start to finish. The right candidate will have proven experience with all aspects of website and graphic design and be able to complete all tasks assigned with minimal assistance and supervision.

The Graphic and Website designer will also be responsible for managing all hosting for clients’ websites including our own, as well as performing maintenance and other items as deemed necessary. This candidate will have exceptional creative skills and will be able to offer a variety of options for all projects to ensure the client’s end project is clean, easy to navigate, and stands out from all of their competitors.

Primary Job Functions

• Design all graphic content, illustrations, and infographics for clients
• Manage all graphic designs from conception to delivery including all workflows, timelines, and deadlines
• Review and approve subcontractor graphic design and website creations to ensure quality and overall design meets company and clients standards
• Ensure brand consistency remains throughout various marketing projects from website design and creation to ongoing graphic design additions while focusing on marketing forwards designs
• Design, create, and maintain web content to meet marketing requirements
• Perform website updates and bug corrections as necessary including adding necessary plugins and software as clients’ needs change
• Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices
• Create, facilitate, and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, and technical support as new sites and site changes go live
• Work with Account Executives to ensure clients remain satisfied and pleased with all aspects of their marketing designs from drafts to final product delivery
• Manage the server and domain hosting platform to ensure minimal disruption of live sites managed by the company for the company and their clients

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Experience as a lead/senior graphic designer
• Working experience with image design tools
• A keen eye for visual details
• Strong aesthetic skills
• Strong client-side coding skills and experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery)
• In-depth knowledge of web design and maintenance
• Advanced experience with search engine functions and optimization (SEO/SEM)
• Experience with web page versioning/source control and Content Management Systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize as needs and assignments change
• Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• Print Material Design
• Logo Design/Redesign

Preferred Experience (not required):

• Landing Pages: call-to-actions, conversion optimization
• PPC: keyword research, quality score optimization, remarketing, reporting & analytics
• Google My Business: page listing management, optimization, customer engagement
• Content Writing: ability to create intelligent copy that drives customer behavior (blog posts, blurbs, call-to-actions, about pages, sales copy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
