Job Summary:

  • The Marketing Manager will contribute to and execute digital and traditional marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, conduct industry/market research, provide sales/business development support, manage communications, and advance brand-building efforts.


Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Contribute to and execute comprehensive omnichannel, digital and traditional marketing strategies that support consistent business growth and enhance brand awareness and equity.
  • As the primary copywriter, write press releases, articles, newsletters, success stories, and content for marketing materials and social media campaigns, website, corporate, and client communications.
  • Ensure social media strategies align with branding and messaging objectives; create and manage a monthly content calendar and post accordingly across our channels.
  • Contribute to and execute seamlessly all digital and in-person events and trade shows.
  • Help develop and execute strategies that drive website traffic and improve website content.
  • Contribute to and manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion and support overall strategy with SEO/SEM/PPC, Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation tactics.
  • Provide analysis, management, and reporting of online reputation management strategy.
  • Work with Graphic Design to coordinate the development of promo, print and digital assets.
  • Manage library of sales enablement tools ensuring all marketing materials are up to date and organized.
  • Help manage relationship with marketing vendors and business partners.
  • Conduct market research, create, and manage a competition desk.
  • Measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, develop benchmarks, and regularly analyze, review, and report on strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Education –
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital marketing or similar; MBA a plus; Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Competencies/Skills –
    • Advanced presentation, email marketing, social media channels, and digital optimization skills
    • Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies, with ability to execute and assess campaigns
    • Strong market research skills and proficiency with survey platforms
    • Travel as needed, 30% of the time or less
    • Ability to work independently and in team settings
    • Keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
    • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism
    • Ability to Drive for Results: Service, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Goal Attainment
    • Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a focus on listening to and understanding customer needs and then exceeding service and quality expectations.
  • Experience –
    • Minimum of 6 years marketing and communications experience, of which minimum of 4 years digital marketing experience including SEO/SEM/PPC, digital marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo), CRM system (Salesforce preferred), and omnichannel marketing
    • Expert copywriting skills and PR experience a must (writing samples are required for interview process)
    • Technologies – Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Google Ads and Google Analytics, social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Canva, SocialDrift), Tableau or similar software

Mental/Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/ or fingers. Must have the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position. Light physical effort requires handling average weight objects up to 10 lbs. and some standing and walking. Learning, thinking, concentration, and the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Must have the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations’ situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary. Must be proactive in finding solutions.
