We are searching for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the medical field, and will have at least three years of experience in the primary care setting scheduling appointments, as well as handling tasks such as taking vitals and preparing treatment areas. The Medical Assistant will also take a lead role in developing relationships with patients and helping them with their health care questions and concerns.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual - English & Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Administer medical tests, medications, and procedures.
• Organize medical files.
• Manage administrative aspects of the practice.
• Manage patients' health information.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and physicians.
• Interpret medical procedures.
• Utilize appropriate infection control methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
