We are an innovative, advanced wound care company looking for a Mid-level Provider to provide quality wound care in the East Texas area. Located in Lufkin, Nacogdoches or surrounding area would be ideal. The position will involve travel. Wound care experience is highly preferred, but not required as wound care training and certifications will take place upon hiring. Home Care experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $64.98 - $69.54 per hour
