This is a full time position for a WA state licensed OTR that would be the director of our OT team. This therapist needs to be licensed with DOH in WA state and able to get on with insurance companies (if OTR). This position needs to be directly employed through Beautiful Autism; we will not accept resumes through a healthcare agency. The following are job duties for this position:

We are a behavioral health care clinic serving individuals and families across the lifespan. We offer therapeutic services to help clients with developmental and mental health needs meet their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

For OT-- > Your role as an occupational therapist with us: engage with clients and families within the occupational therapy scope of practice, including providing support for daily functional skills, sensory integration, and fine/gross motor planning.

• Professionals who are affirming and understanding of client’s unique needs and the greater needs of their family and community.
• Therapists who listen and learn from our client populations through collaboration with community members and immersive experiences within their cultures.
• People who are willing To improve access to care for rural and underserved populations and be a resource for the community of professionals and the populations we serve.
• Therapist who can manage themselves and a staff of OTRs and COTAs and has experience working with neurodiversity; this therapist needs to be a seasoned OT for at least 2 years of OT experience.
