Responsibilities:

• Processing Vehicles Sales Documents
• Orders office supplies and equipment
• A/R’s
• A/P’s
• Cashier
• Phones
• Scheduling and Processing Rental Vehicles
• Assist in completion of monthly reviews and audits
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
• Complete daily, weekly, and end-of-month accounting reports as assigned
• Work with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Reconcile accounts and schedules

Requirements:

• Professional Appearance
• Working knowledge of accounting office positions
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of multiple state registration polices
• Dealership Experience (preferred)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred)
• Knowledge of Auto/Mate (preferred)
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and business etiquette
• Works well independently and has advanced operational management skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with occasional Saturday responsibilities mandatory.
