As an Ophthalmic Assistant who also assists with cosmetic procedures, you must be friendly and professional with all patients and staff, but also organized and efficient with your time. You will evaluate patients in the back office while providing support as needed to the front office (and vice versa). The goal is to complete all tasks accurately, with good customer service, in a timely manner.

Qualifications: High school degree mandatory; Medical assistant degree, ophthalmic assistant certification or aesthetician certification preferred; One year's experience in ophthalmology or cosmetic medicine required.

We schedule patients so they will not cross in the waiting room. Mask wearing is enforced. We ask that patients who have Covid or have been exposed to Covid to delay visits for 10 days. Rooms are cleaned between patients and air filters run in rooms.
