P&C Insurance Customer Service Representative

The Charles P Leach Insurance Agency is looking for an exceptional insurance personal lines customer service representative to join our team. We pride ourselves on our outstanding insurance products and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License (agency will provide materials and cover licensing costs)
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to follow-thru and follow-up.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred but nor required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
