Part Time Wine Consultant options available
Are you over 21, and looking for a way to make great money working 3 weekends a month? We are looking for enthusiastic People to provide an excellent guest experience. Good wine consultants will be able to (after training) guide the customer through a wine tasting, explaining the differences between varieties of grapes and processes resulting in a wonderful customer experience. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• Serve our wines from the tap system or in bottle to our patrons at the bar during a tasting
• Interact with customers, take orders and pour drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender or server a plus but not required
• Excellent knowledge of wine a plus but not required
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills a must
• Ability to keep the work space organized, stocked and clean

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
