Full-time Physical Therapist

Pay: $75000 to $95000/year
+ bi-weekly performance bonuses + generous sign-on bonus/loan repayment options

Our Coventry, RI clinic is located on Tiogue Avenue. We currently have 6 therapists at our clinic. Our clinicians have varying experience and specialties, which makes for a great collaborative learning environment. Nick Gervasio, our Clinic Director has been a PT with us for 9 years and has his Orthopedic Certified Specialty OCS, Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist CMTPT, and is an emergency medical responder for the athletic population EMA. He is in the process of modernizing the clinic with new equipment; free weights, squat rack, dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX system, and crossover symmetry. The team brings in worldwide and nationally ranked athletes for treatment (CrossFit games athletes as well as world ranked Olympic lifters). It is a very large open gym clinic (7-8 treatment tables in the gym) with 5 private treatment rooms, and we have a private breakroom as well as private kitchen. Nick is looking for either new grad or an experienced PT to join his growing team!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
