D&F Plumbing is eager to employ a talented and experienced Plumbing Sales Representative. We need a self-motivated professional with proven self management and leadership skills. Experienced an outstanding track record in plumbing sales with commercial and residential experience. In this position, you’ll be responsible for meeting our monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Your duties will include strategic sales plans, providing estimates and closing sales on plumbing projects of various sizes, and motivating/coaching and educating both our sales and plumbing teams. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and implement strategic plans to reach revenue targets

• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty

• Grow residential and commercial accounts

• Contribute to building up the team morale and create a positive culture through motivation and inspiration

• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and revenue objectives

• Establish a sales training program to educate both current employees and onboarding employees on effective sales techniques

• Create a formal sales training system that is goal oriented and measurable, with incentives to inspire and motivate staff in each department

• Collaborate with Owners and Controller to keep sales strategy and training in line with company mission

• Support performance of field technicians and advise them on proper customer service and quality workmanship

• Hold technicians accountable for meeting sales goals and growth

• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports

• Lead and motivate staff to improve the customer experience for customers

• Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals

• Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices

• Estimate sales volume and profit for a wide range of plumbing projects for both residential and commercial needs

• Meet with Owners, Controller and supervisors in other departments to assess company performance

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with coworkers and customers

• Learn, navigate, and have a comprehensive understanding of the company software systems (Service Titan, Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.)

• Be knowledgeable on pricing and the price book

Skills & Qualifications

• A proven track record of sales in the construction or plumbing industry

• 5+ years in sales

• Punctual and committed to regular attendance

• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, pricing and plumbing standards for both Oregon and Washington

• Must be computer-savvy

• Must hit company benchmarks and goals

• Prior experience with Service Titan software is a huge plus

• Good physical health with the ability to lift up to 60 pounds

• Strive to implement systems that benefit the team of employees and D&F Plumbing as a whole

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
