Job Title: Product Owner, Business Analyst and UX Designer

Centeva is working a proposal to support the National Nuclear Systems Administration with a robust technical team to provide quality service and support of their mission. If Centeva is successful in this proposal selected applicants would begin work around May 1st, 2023.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner, Business Analyst and UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, defining, and prioritizing features and requirements for our products, and ensuring that they align with the needs of the business and the users. This role will require a blend of analytical and creative skills to drive innovation, streamline processes, and improve the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand user needs, identify trends, and inform product decisions
• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate product vision and user experience
• Facilitate user testing and feedback sessions to validate product concepts and iterate on designs
• Work with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to specification
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and product backlogs
• Monitor and report on product performance, usage, and customer satisfaction
• Identify and prioritize product improvements based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals
• Ensure that products are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business owners, developers, designers, and QA teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, and UX designer in a technology-driven organization
• Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet business and user needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong design skills, with an ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of user research techniques, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
• Familiarity with software development tools and platforms, including JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
