Objective- Boss Business Beauties is looking for a Program Director who can help the start-up of an up-coming women empowerment social enterprise. BBB is looking for a strong willed, self-driven, knowledgeable, highly efficient candidate to take on the task of developing a program that focuses on providing community resources needed for economic advancement.

This candidate must be very detail oriented, exhibit extreme leadership qualities and be very creative. The main duties of the program director is to develop programs, create and project budgets, develop and monitor effective marketing strategies and to improve the organization company effectiveness and long term goals.

• Develop programs, connect with community resources, manage meetings and create agendas
• Develop plans and budget for each program
• Oversee and monitor plans, budgets and programs
• Meet with potential investors and members
• Control and manage membership accounts
• Manages inventory and develops new ideals
• Must have knowledge with, shopify, wix, amazon sales and wholesale distribution
• Must be well spoken and able to interview
• Must be versatile and able to work with a diverse industry
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Connect with community partners
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluates emerging technologies.
• Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
• Maintains a research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
• Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven Work experience in programing
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
