In this position, you will be responsible for learning the requirements to be able to take customer service calls, schedule technicians and help run our growing

Triage patient's phone calls and provide consultations/recommendations for appropriate treatment. Fast paced clinical setting with minimal noise levels.

Greet visitors and answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner. Ensure all visitors and contractors sign-in. Assist with month-end processes.

New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation. One year of experience in a clinical setting.

The position will have extensive communication with our agents overseas to coordinate successful implementation of packaging guidelines.
