New Pathways Preschool is seeking a full-time, full-year, teaching assistant. We are an NAEYC-accredited program serving children from 1 - 6 years of age.

Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets, and cost control, according to established goals for a location(s).

The intern will leave our program with confidence, the ability to work under pressure and beneficial negation skills.

Answering incoming calls on multiple lines. Presenting and handling financial arrangements. Strong sense of job ownership.

PHR, SPHR certification, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification or UPMC HCI Strategic HR Business Partner Certification preferred.
